Starting Ostrale as biennale for contemporary art
Art can ask questions and provide solutions in a necessary reform process. The main theme of “re_form” is above all the question of the planned transformation of existing cultural-political conditions and cultural systems in Europe, Germany and especially in Dresden, hoping to become “Cultural Capital 2025”.
